No children unless they are being serviced. Please book all services you are requesting at the time of booking. If the system does not allow you to add a service, it means the time slot is not available to perform that service. It is at your stylist’s discretion to add additional services during your appointment. This is based on the availability of time between clients. Please be mindful that your service duration is an estimate. Your service could take more or less time due to various factors. Parents whose children are being serviced are not allowed in the salon work area. However, you are allowed to sit in the waiting area or come back to pick them up when their service is complete. Late Arrivals: You will be allowed a 15 minute grace period. Clients who have made no contact after the grace period will be cancelled and charged a no call/no show fee. Refusal of Services: Our salon staff has the right to refuse service to anyone behaving improperly, intoxicated or if their state of health may influence the effects of the service, Products: We do not allow outside products unless medically prescribed.

Appointment Cancellation Policy

We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee of 25% of the price of your scheduled appointment. If you are unable to make it to your appointment, please cancel your appointment within 24 hours of your appointment time to avoid a non-refundable 25% cancellation fee. Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your appointment, please do so within 24 hours of your appointment. Appointments rescheduled on the same day of the appointment may require a 25% deposit that will be applied to your rescheduled service. The same appointment cannot be rescheduled more than once. No Call/No Show: A 25% fee will be changed for No call/No show. Second No call/No show will result in request for prepayment for service. Third No call/No show will result in discontinuing our business relationship.

Class Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend a class, please cancel or rebook within 24 hours of your appointment to avoid a non-refundable 75% cancellation fee.
